Policy & Conditions

Orders are shipped from our studio in Berlin within 1-2 business days. Shipping within Europe takes usually up to 1 week. Outside of the EU, free shipping takes between 2-4 weeks depending on your destination.

If you need the product urgently, please contact us for Express delivery. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations.

 

We ship via UPS worldwide. ​

Customer information and email addresses are used solely for shipment updates and future marketing of Boutonniere only. We never share our customer details with third parties.

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. We will ship a replacement for the item if it can be quickly replaced.  If a replacement of the broken/damaged item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

A sales tax of 19% is paid for Germany Residents.

Wholesale Inquiries

We offer discounts and affordable prices for private customers who wish to purchase a large quantity for events and celebrations. The discounts appear on the purchase page under "discount for quantity“.

Return & Exchange

If something is incorrect with the order or for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product or considering negative or neutral feedback, please email us and we will do our best to help and make you a happy customer.

In case of returning shipping to our studio regarding the wrong address, the cost of the second shipping will be paid by the buyer.

If the product arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and attach a photo or video of the defect. If the product is still available, we will send you a new product. If not, we will find another solution that will work for you.
